Return Policy
All Sales are Final with the exception of damaged goods. If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to contact@hookahsandflavours.com within 2 business days of when the product is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Product Availability
Availability displayed on this Site guarantees product availability and or immediate shipment of these products. Hookahs and Flavours USA reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to discontinue, revise, cease to make available, and or cancel orders on these products.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. We only ship our products on those days. Orders received after 2 pm Pacific on Wednesday may not be shipping until the following Monday.
We only offer Discrete shipping at this time. We do offer expedited shipping. Depending on your location, delivery time will be 1-7 days.
For wholesale orders – smaller wholesale orders will also be sent discrete mail with 1-7 day delivery. Larger wholesale orders that can be shipped on a pallet can be sent via truck for US-based customers.
We ship to all 50 US states, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia
Wholesale
We currently export to all 50 US states, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. We have an international export program for all included countries and will be rolling out more international programs soon.
For payment, we only accept wholesale orders via our selected method of payment, paid prior to shipping at this time. We are working on an ACH/Bank Transfer option coming soon.
When submitting a wholesale request, please send some proof of a business. We might also need a copy of your valid resale or business license.
Do we give out samples?
We do not give out samples.
Is there a store near me?
For now, there is a physical store available, but we are relentlessly working on starting up a physical store to most states in the US.
My address is wrong on my order, how do I change it?
If you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer support at contact@hookahsandflavours.com to have your shipping address updated.
Tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.
Please contact our customer support to have your shipping address updated. We will review the issue and may require a separate delivery address to reship your order to.
Are these legal in my state?
Our products are legal in most states. to non-legal states we have documents to protect your products.
Do you receive payment through credit cards or cheques?
We receive payment through our required payment methods. We are working on an ACH/Bank Transfer option coming soon.
